Keyboard & Touchpad Issues
Few things are more annoying than a faulty keyboard or touchpad. Ghost keys typing when you are not, sticky keys, and ghost cursors floating around the screen are all annoying, but (thankfully) fixable!!

Signs your keyboard or touchpad is the problem
Ghost Courser – Are you observing the cursor moving on your screen when you’re typing but not using the touchpad? Is the cursor uncontrollable? This type of issue could be as simple as adjusting settings, or disabling the trackpad.
Liquid Damage – Have a spill? Liquid can short out keyboards, make them malfunction or unusable, and worse! Water is the least damaging, and more complicated beverages with sugar are more damaging. In case of liquid spills, please turn off device and call your trusted IT professional.
Keys Not Working – Are your keys communicating different letters than you expect? Are they sticking or pressing on their own? Some keys not working at all? This could be a software issue, like mapping, or a physical issue, like Num Lock being on or debris.
